Users are reporting problems like the inability to open Facebook pages to publish them, return messages to people in Messenger, send pictures, and even access their accounts.
While in the Instagram users are reporting on non-representation of new posts on the new page.
In Kosovo and Albania, users are reporting on similar problems. The site for reporting outage problems.report has received more than 2,000 reports in the last 20 minutes for Facebook malfunction.
Users are reporting on these problems under the hashtag #facebookdown.
