About 5 million drivers are thought to be walking through Britain's streets during Saturday because of the long weekend, as Monday is a holiday and many family members travel to different parts of the island, the TCH writes.
Under conditions where many of the railway lines are blocked because of repairs, Britain's roads are heavily loaded with travelers, who have the car as the only option to travel far away from their living centers.
Warm weather this weekend is thought to have led 17 million Britons to go on vacation and one-day trips this weekend to different parts of the country.
