China has opened its first internet court, aimed at resolving cyber-related disputes, at a moment that justice is facing an explosion of payments and electronic trade.
Through this court, people can register their indictments directly on the internet.
The court then studies the case and then organises an audience with internet videoconferencing between the judge, the plaintiffs and the accused.
This court will address disagreements on issues of online trade transactions, copyright and quality of product sold on the internet.
