The court made that decision in a new procedure after Croatia's Supreme Court had annulled Morina's preliminary decision to extradite, known as “Brallist”.
He in the football match between Serbia and Albania in 2014 had led a fear of Albanian symbols, and this had prompted Serbian nationalists and hooligans to attack Albanian national players.
The fight was interrupted. Serbian media, referring to justice authorities in Dubrovnik, report that Morina's lawyer has complained against the recent decision by the Dubrovnik District Court.
A court spokesman has told Tanjug that the decision to extradite Morina has been made on August 17th. It stresses that legal preconditions have been met to hand over Morina to Serbia.
Morina is still in custody in Dubrovnik. Croatia's Supreme Court on August 10th had abolished the first-degree decision, which allowed Morina's extradition to Serbia and had requested repetition of the procedure.
Serbia looks for Morina because of the criminal act «causing religious and national hatred». Morina had come to Albania in June after her father's death. (Dialplus)
