Besim Beqaj and Femi Mujota have made known the positions of PDK and coalition PAN about today's session.

They have said their coalition is not blocking. They accused the head of the constitutional hearing, Adem Mikulovci, of abusing the right to be in this role.

PAN is not a blocker. We'll establish the institutions very soon.

“On no conditions, nor in normal terms with 55 MPs, cannot be held. They have no right to establish institutions without PANU. We've invited them to the consultative meeting. It's very clear the form of the Parliament vote should be elected first. Citizens are seeing who the blockaders are and who is causing crisis. Mr. Mikulovci is doing major abuses because such a session is not allowed to debate”, Besim Beqaj writes Periscopi.

Fehmi Mujota has said the only candidate for chairman of Parliament by the coalition PAN is Kadri Wessel.

“The PDK and PAN on Wednesday go into consultations based on the principled, constitutional road to offer the only solution, which is the constitutional solution that means it will present the candidate for parliament speaker. The PAN single candidate has the PDK chairman who also holds the vote of citizens.
