A person sentenced to three years and four months in prison has been arrested by Saranda police at the moment he was presenting his passport to leave Albania. Police have captured the declared citizen in search of Dionysos Qosaj, 23, resident of Shkodra.
On the date 07.08.2017 around 17:45, this citizen was shown at the Saranda Border Point Sports, and from the verification made to the Tims system, it has resulted in a search for DVP Shkodra.
The Shkodra Judiciary Circle Court has been appointed to this citizen with Penal Decision No. 935 date 14,11.2015, the 3 years and four-month prison sentence for criminal work” Producing and selling narcotics”, envisioned by Article 283/1 of the Penal Code.
