It's a kind of malware for equipment based on the Android operating system and it serves for text messages on some of the Android devices, and changing their destination by sending them to the agency's servers.
Malware HighRise in the device is burst through an app called TideCeck, but the agency before using this app must have free access to the desired device, which implies that several other unannounced tools have been used in the malware of HighRise.
Once it is found in the desired device, the HighRise is automatically launched near any device bonds and appears as an active process in the background.
HighRise is mainly developed for crack in Android devices with version Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich to Android version 4.3 Jelly Bean.
However, there are possibilities that the CIA already advanced its malware so that it can be activated in the new Android operating systems.
