Unbelievable: 13-year-old attacks France's Culture Ministry account on Twitter

A 13-year-old is allegedly hiding behind the official Twitter account hacker of the Ministry of Culture in France, despite continued efforts to block cyber attacks. The Serbian Ministry of Twitter's “Plogar was kept blocked at the time interval between 1100 one and 5:00am Tuesday morning”, said in a French government report explaining that at that time interval, several posts and messages with inappropriate content have been deleted.

This is not the first time French officials' accounts have been hacked. During the presidential campaign this year, some candidates were victims of attacks, including current President Emmanuel Macron.

The team blamed Russia for the attack and undertook steps to prevent hackers from receiving information about the Macron campaign.
