Topalli Explores Against Basha

After the DP Vlora branch reacted after the petition, counting signature counterfeiting, Topalli sees Basha's contempt for true Democrats.

That's why the membership lists should be kept secret! Democrats from Albania have launched a protest process for the extinguishing elections of Lulzim Basha to clean up the mayor. One of the protest initiatives is an open petition for signatures, which require cancellation of the antistate far procedure.
