As Albanian media write, the event took place around noon in Shkodra, where six shelles have been found at the scene.
The wounded have been identified as Elona Curcu, Enrik Prinushi and Donny Liss.
They have been transported to the Shkodra hospital where they are out of danger for life.
Police are already working on identifying and apprehending the authors of this event.
