The power cell will be L-shaped with a curve at the bottom and is expected to increase the battery's capacity without making the entire device larger.
That means Apple will have three different iPhones once more. Some rumours suggest there will be two sizes of screen 5,28 “and 6,46”, both O LED.
In 2017, Apple is expected to release increased upgrades of iPhone 7 and 7 Plus and a special anniversary of iPhone 8 with a higher O screen LED.
Showoffs LED is hard to produce and Apple still has no supply to accommodate an entire OLED line.
The company has reportedly reached an agreement with Samsung to make the iPhone 8 screen, but this could limit the availability of the device when it starts.
