Samsung has re-launched Note7 in South Korea under the name Galaxy Notte Fan Edition. This is basically the same device, but with some important changes that will make it less explosive.

The main difference here is really in batteries, which, as we know now, was the source of the fire at original Note7. Fan Edition has a small battery 3200mAh compared to 3500m Aha and Note7. The new battery goes through the same battery safety test that started with Samsung Galaxy S8.

In addition, Edition Fan also comes with the same software that is in S8 and S8 +, complete with Bixby.

The rest of the phone is identical to Note7 in every sense of the word. Samsung is not shy to admit that Edition Fan is essentially being made of pieces and pieces of Note 7. The new phone is being made from all the useless Note7 parts that Samsung wears an eco-friendly initiative.

Samsung plans to sell 400,000 FE model units in Korea, and sales in other markets will be established later. This will probably not be a conventional launch, especially with Note 8 near debut.

The Galaxy Note Fan Edition comes at the price of $611 and will be available on July 7th in Black Onix, Coral Blue, Gold Platinum, and Titanium Silver.
