Former journalist and publicist Halil Matoshi, questioned whether or not the national union between Kosovo and Albania is inevitable, has said that nations have the right to integration into a unique nation, as do the right to split.

Matoshi, who is known as a follower of Kosovo's idea, in the video conference for Periscope, has said Kosovo and Albania can unite, but in advance should be two powerful states economically and militarily.
