On the show “Face” Telegraph production with journalist Muhamet Hajrullahu was discussed the quality of drinking water in Kosovo.
Burbuke Nushi Latifi co-ordinator at the Water Monitoring Centre at the National Institute of Public Health (IKSHP) has said that water in Kosovo is drinking and that there are proper quality and standards, including the parameters before it in IKSHP guidelines and European directives.
“According to the latest data from the Regulatory Office for Water and Channelage, it turns out 90 per cent of Kosovo's citizens drink water from central systems, namely from water supply. And as for the quality of the water and analysis IKSHP, this water at 98.3 percent meets its pre-standard”, Nash-Latifi stated.
According to her, any other result but that official coming out of IKSHP is non-valid and unprofessional.
Meanwhile, when it comes to water being sold in plastic bottles in Kosovo, she has said the cuts that citizens should have no concerns about Kosovo's water, whether bought or bought by the water supply systems in Kosovo. /Telegraphy/
