Kosovo must work hard for the Western Balkans summit to exploit the possibility of recognition by the five European Union states.
So says political connoisseur Avni Mazre.
He says that to be equal in integration terms, Kosovo must also be recognised by the two Balkan states, Serbia and Bosnia.
