Joy turns into pain, three wounded at a wedding in Suhareka

The news has revealed the Kosovo Police Information Office in the Prizren municipality.

Victims have been sent to Prizren Regional Hospital Emergency for medical treatment, and after providing assistance, one of the victims has been sent to KKUK in Pristina.

After accepting the information in the case, police have come to the scene and conducted investigations. There have been raids on four houses with cases found and seized:

1. A Kalashnikov of Yugoslav production number 207588;
2. A “pistol Echo Firat” with serial number SEE16080142;
3. Ten rounds of 9mm calibre;
4. A bullet from the revolver;
5. A 9mm calibre shell;
6. Six calibre shells 7.62mm;
7. An AK-47 cartoon;
8. A pistol mag.

During the investigation, two men in quality of persons suspected of consuming elements of certain criminal acts have been arrested. The suspects have been interviewed in the presence of defence attorneys and later consulted by the state prosecutor, who has ordered the suspects to stop under the measure of police arrest”, the KK report said.

The Prizren Regional Police Directorate appeals not to use firearms in any way particularly at family weddings and parties because there is a permanent danger of bodily harm and loss of lives.
