They are available to rich people who rent them for different lengths from one day to a few weeks. They are allowed to engage drivers who will take care of the trip.
Lamborghini, Mercedes and the recently produced Aston Martin are among these cars.
As the drivers get worse, they are sold and replaced by the news.
