Central Election Commission Chairman (KQZ), Valdete Daka, has confirmed for KosovaPress that the recounting of 117 boxes under the Election Panel's decision on Ances and Parashta (PZAP) has changed the results of the three MPs' candidates, while the certificate of results will take place after complaints are carried out in the Supreme Court.
Naser Osmani from the LDK, Fikrim Damka from the KDTP and Slavko Sime enemies from the Serbian List will be in the next legislature.
It is official that Mahir Yagcilar is not MP, but it is Fikrim Damka, Branimir Stojanovic from the Serbian List is not MP, but it is Slavko Sibiu, and instead of Imet Canman it is Naser Osmani. Only on these three has the score changed”, Daka told Kosovas.
Naser Osmani has also confirmed that he will be part of the legislature issued by the June 11th elections.
“Yes, I have been announced to be MP of this legislature. I haven't filed complaints, but the complaints of the others have led me to 78 votes before Imet Kundman”, Osmani said.
Daka said the certificate of results will take place after the complaint procedure at the Supreme Court is carried out.
