The court explains that if a decision had been made on this case, then the chip would have to be prepared, which would enable Judge Todorovski to issue a statement, so the request for his removal would be rejected.
Furthermore, the court says the vote is secret, and the result cannot even be known to Stojance Ribarev, the court's chief officer.
Ribarev even claims that he had no knowledge of how the defense of the accused in this subject has had knowledge of the composition of the judges so that they could then seek the change of a judge.
