Jethmir Bush pleaded guilty to organisation and participation in terrorist groups.

Jethmir Bush today pleaded guilty to organisation and participation in terrorist groups in the trial, where he is being charged with nine others.

Bush's lawyer, Avni Ibrahimaj, requested the plea.

“ [To] My client to plead guilty to the confession or contempt for criminal acts charged with prosecution” was the request of lawyer Ibrahimaj to the court.

Then Bush found himself guilty.

“I generally plead guilty to the criminal act that is impeaching me with the indictment”, the Bush guilty judge interpreted.

Prosecutor Abdurrahim Islam proposed to the court the adoption of guiltyness.

After sufficient consultation with the protector as a whole, which generally agrees with the evidence and facts that are found in the subject documents, I propose that the court accept the guilty plea”, said prosecutor Islami.

Bush's defence sought to secure the chain of preservation of evidence from the Kosovo Agency for Forenzice, while the court then imposed it on the prosecutor.

The next session is scheduled for September.

Kosovo's special prosecutor had filed charges on May 7th 2015 against Hadi Nura, Besim Shabanit, Betim Ibrahimaj, Adil Bush, Egzon Latif, Jetmir Bush, Artan Kadriut, Bekim Halil, Zijadin Berisha, lives Hajdin and Kujim Bytyqi.

The first ten are accused of organising and participating in terrorist groups, while remembering Bytyqi for illegal possession of weapons.

Even Bekim Halili and Zijadin Berisha, except for participation in terrorist groups, are also accused of illegal weapons.

In past sessions, Artan Kadriu, Betim Ibrahimaj, Zijadin Berisha and Adil Bush have pleaded guilty to criminal work organisation and participation in terrorist groups.

While Metom Bytyqi had pleaded guilty to illegal possession, they had partly pleaded guilty to past sessions even Bekim Halili.
