Police are trying to calm down the armed person, they write British media.
It is reported that a child and a baby were in a house taken hostage by the armed man when police were called at about 3:15 this morning.
“Pak before 3:15 am, police were called up and reported for a gungun with a gun had locked themselves in a house in Pemberton” a policeman said
