Newer reports suggest the launch of iPhone 8, the unofficial name used to describe Apple's future smart phone, could be delayed.
Reports suggest the company is facing problems in the supply and technical chain, due to the integration of fingerprints on the screen.
All the time, Apple had said there would be pressure on her suppliers and employees to come to the market on time, in September.
KeyBank Capital Markets analyst Andy Hargreets has told investors this week that the sensor for fingers is not working properly and Apple's supply partners are working on solving this problem.
He said Apple and her suppliers have only a few weeks to fix the problem, or face delay in launching the device.
But analysts Wamsi Mohan and Stefano Pascale say iPhone 8 could be postponed in three to four weeks, while Apple could face the option of removing the sensor for fingers.
