The New York Police Unit (NYPD) has emerged at the site of the extremely armed event and has surrounded the building where they are looking for the suspect.
The shooter is believed to be on the 16th floor. Emergency units officials have stated that most of the victims who have been shot are doctors. Their state of health is still unknown, broadcast Indescline.
Police described the shooter as a tall, thin person with a blue shirt and a white jacket.
