Davie Selke made it first for the Germans, but the English managed to match Demarai Gray.
Penalt was best shown to the plaintiffs, since their goalkeeper Julian Pollersbeck had written all the penalties on which the English hit and the letter was hidden in socks.
England are out of the U21 Euros after losing a penalty show to the Germans
