As French media reports, both have been found guilty by a court in France.
Their arrest occurred after in June 206, three prostitutes denounced the exploitation at the central police station in Bordeaux.
Tom Chapya and Jonida Sefa are considered the heads of the prostitution network that flourished for three years in the French city.
