Ylli Hoxha has resigned from the position of Vetevendosje Movement in Pristina, leaving it unclear whether he is also resigning from the overall VV activism.
He says the VV is leaving with a lot of potential leagues, until he says that victories in Pristina, Prizren and Kamenica are extremely important for Kosovo and the VV itself, writes Periscopi.
Full announcement from Star Hoxha:
Dear activists,
Congratulations this extremely important victory for the future of the Communists and Republic. For the future of the move.
In the race for mayor, we made it against the LDK coalition, PDK and AAK, all together and not alone. We gave Shpend another city mandate four years of progress!
In the race for the assembly we became the most voted subject in the capital. We added the ranks from 10 to 17, and we made it easier for Shpend to create most. Did we do it with wings?
In June, in the parliamentary elections, we reached the unimaginable! We made a social democrat movement for the first time in history the most voted subject in the centre, with 42 %s of the vote! We left the LAA and PAN behind!
2017 was the year of the grand victory of Vetevendosje Movement in Pristina!
These victories were battled by political resistance, the principle of the integrity of our organization, the unscathed work of Shpend and his team, but also by our organization as a structure of hundreds of workers, knowable, self-conventional neighborhood communities, village villages.
Thank you all for being a supporter of this success of the organization, and in this progress of society. As head of the LVV Centre in Pristina, I will feel proud to live for the privilege of being side by side with you in these battles!
Today, after these victories, we must be aware that we have entered a new stage, on a new level, and our organization in Pristina needs new energy! Being convinced that the organization is leaving with a lot of potential leaders today I gladly submit my duty as head of the organisation in Pristina!
Thank you for your support and respect over these years and for our long lives together, the challenges of the next.
