Terdot was first observed last year, to disappear then and to be announced again in October of last year.
Malare is able to steal the pass, even transmit the account to social networks.
Malare is mainly directed against banks, card operators, mobile operators and e-commerce sites.
Two banks are also listed in Great Britain.
Terdot also attacks social networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and YouTube, email services such as Google Gmail, Microsoft live. com and Yahoo Mail. Interestingly, the virus does not collect the data of the largest Russian social network Vkontakte (vk.com), which may mean that people standing behind the virus come from Russia.
Terdot mainly spreads through the Web compiled pages, but also through e-mails with a false PDF icon. If it is clicked on it, the JavaScript code will appear which releases the virus file.
This type of virus can be turned into a powerful device for cyber spying on Internet users, which is hard to get away, says Bitdefender.
