Arber Vladhiu, adviser to Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, has stressed that in the first 100 days of this executive, we have a whole other dynamic of governance in the country.
Vlachhiou on the “Debat D Plus” show, RTV Dukaagjini, has said that this 100 days, I'm leaving a trail like the one from 2004 to 2005, during which time the executive has been run by the same person.
