He has praised the dialogue conducted so far. Thaci has cited the functioning of courts in the north, customs, lack of ethnic incidents. The head of state said any agreement as states between Kosovo and Serbia.
Thaci said Kosovo is not Syria to engage all world states, as Kosovo is a European country.
Until he said he told US Vice President Mike Pence that support and security are necessary.
President Thaci also spoke of forming the Kosovo Army, saying it was not his initiative to transform the KSF into FAK today, no one would speak of this right to Kosovo.
He said that in the first half they will have full co-ordination for transforming KSF into the military.
