(8 years ago)Serbian police in recent days have arrested more than 30 people in certain actions due to suspicion that in the period from 2010 to today, they have committed several criminal acts involving corruption. It becomes known that they are related to misuse of the [...] budget.
It becomes known that they connect to misuse of Serbia's budget, the budgets of local self-governments, and suspects have damaged physical persons by about 21.5m euros.
This country's interior ministry reports that shares against financial crime and corruption, especially in terms of abuse of official positions in state bodies, in co-operation with competent prosecutors and Tax Police, have been carried out on police administration territory: Cacak, Belgrade, Zrenjanini, Pozharevci, Smederevo, Jagodina and Novi Pazar.
