General Kolcak said this after talks with Kosovo Security Forces Minister Rrustem Berisha, during his first visit to Pristina, after being appointed Chief of General Staff, reports “bob92”, Periscopi broadcast.
“Kohaha” announced that Kolcak was satisfied with what he saw in the Kosovo military barracks area, after which he declared Tirana had decided to support the transformation of KSF into the armed forces under constitutional changes and in consultation with its partners.
