Following an investigation into doping use in the 2014 games held in Sochi, Russia, Committee President Thomas Bah announced this Tuesday in Lozanne.
The Steering Board has reached this decision after reading recommendations for the 17-month investigation.
Russia's Olympic Committee has been excluded from the South Korea Winter Games, but Russian athletes, who prove that they are clean on the doping side, are invited to participate under a neutral flag.
