He added that Kosovo to become a member of the UN must have two-thirds of the vote.

“They can do everything, while we are friends with Russia and Russia can veto that decision, they can never become UN members”, Dacic said.

According to him, the EU cannot determine the unique position that Kosovo is an independent state.

“Therefore, cannot adopt a single position that Serbia must recognise Kosovo's independence,” he said, reports “Vestinet”, Periscopi broadcast.

I don't believe in changing forms of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina

Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic does not believe it is possible to change the format of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina so that someone on the side, even the United States, is involved in dialogue.
