None of them have certified accountants and does not direct accounting according to international standards, Koha Ditore writes today.
This is reflected in annual financial reports and financial reports of political parties' campaigns for 2013-2016.
Reports in question were audited by the company “Audian & Conto”, which by four years was selected by the Assembly to audit the finances of political parties. In addition to private donors, about 4m euros for political subjects are distributed annually from the state budget.
