Pacolli: I'm unhappy with Albania's Kosovo lobby

Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli says Albania has not done enough for Kosovo in terms of lobbying.

I'm not happy with some people of the Albanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but with most of them I'm also very happy. There has had to be much more energy for reasons that they are free, they are sovereign and can demand as much wherever they are in Kosovo's favour.
