Pacolli advises the judiciary that Kurti and the others must be protected in freedom until the act of prejudice takes a firm form.
I call on competent authorities to release Albin Kurti and all the other MPs who are being held in prisons because they do not risk leaving Kosovo. They vote for the people and love their country. There is no danger that they will flee from justice. It would be best for them to defend themselves in freedom until the offense takes the formal form”.
If they continue to hold opposition MPs in prisons, we do not resemble a democratic and pro-Western state like Kosovo and have support from the United States and the European Union. Standing daily in prisons deepens the crisis, and negotiations without the opposition are impossible to continue in Brussels, Pacolli wrote.
Pacolli from the request for the release of VV deputies has moved to the call for position and opposition to be united.
“Positia and opposition must be united and defend Kosovo's interests by maximum mark, now when we are ahead of visa liberalisation and EU integration. If the position and opposition do not begin at this point to get involved in these negotiations, Kosovo's people will go further towards the economic downturn, which leads to poverty and political crisis”, Pacolli wrote on his Facebook account.
