Vjosa Osmani has given several reasons why the session cannot be held yet, citing the fact that the Assembly is not in session and that the session is not held before January 15th next year.
It says it has been the request of the majority of MPs for the demarcation vote to take place on January 15th. Even the MP tells Haradinaj that even there is where you decided to hide behind Behgjet Pacolli, whom you have appointed to go to the speaker to reason on the deal, broadcast Periscopi.
Osmani says Haradinaj must admit he has failed to find solutions to major topics.
Here's the full reaction:
KEYMINIST, NO FSHEH
Ramush Haradinaj has blamed me for not holding the stocking hearing. I don't know which one of the officials who doubled their wages has been misinformed in this regard. Especially when it is known that the plenary session can be exceeded by commissions to avoid regulation. But I'm also answering with a few words about this matter to the prime minister of 71 deputy ministers:
- Keep in mind that this charge is coming from the man who opposed the demarcation for two years in a row with the most extreme methods, already voted. Promising the same deal a while ago.
2. The Assembly is not in the session, with the decision of Headship, which his party's representative has voted, therefore, as a rule, the session is not held before January 15th, unless there is a request for extraordinary sessions.
3. The request for the 15 January demarcation recommendation has been the request of most MPs (the opposition and the coalition, but not mine or LDK), and that decision has been made by the majority in the commission. But I do not expect the prime minister to understand this decision-making process, pluralistic thinking and consensus as a concept.
4. He must admit that he has failed to find solutions to all major topics, and especially on the matter of demarcation, and not to try to hide after Vjosa Osman, nor after the newly created crises, such as the latest initiative for the Special Court.
5. Finally, Prime Minister, the demarcation will be your session on January 15th. But obviously, there you have decided to hide behind Behgjet Pacolli, whom you have assigned to go to the speaker to reason with the agreement.
