Mustafa: AAK is celebrating prematurely, Rugova has 55 votes more than Dresaj

LDK Chairman Isa Mustafa considers his party's nominated to head Istog Haki Rugova is the winner of the third round of elections.

Mustafa, says there are 55 votes he leads in the race for Istog, Rugova ahead of candidate from AAK ranks Gani Dresaj.
