Chief State Prosecutor Aleksandar Lumezi in an exclusive interview for the Kosovo show life said that although the indictment regarding these subjects has been filed, Isa Mustafa has not been mentioned.
With the right to say, Isa Mustafa was not involved in any of the criminal charges that were sent to the Special Prosecutor. There was Isa Mustafa involved in these cases. There is no evidence, no relevant fact which shows that the former mayor of the Pristina municipality has been involved in these cases”, he said.
“While other people who have been involved in these cases, the Special Prosecutor, Prosecutor Drita Hajdari, respectively, has carried out the investigation and filed the indictment”, he added.
The chief state prosecutor in this interview also speaks of investigations by senior officials and allegations raised on the authenticity of his jurisdictional exam.
