The data was presented in the final draft of the Economic Reform Programme, referring to the period 2018-2020. The priorities of structural reforms have also been presented in the document.

This draft notes that the informal economy remains a major problem in Kosovo and that the annual value of ungathered taxes is estimated to be 107m euros, or 1.8 percent of Bruto Local Product (BPV).
