The trial against these four deputies has continued on Thursday at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, but the session has again missed the chairman. The PDK, Kadri Wessel, who has been invited as a witness in this judicial process.
In addition to Wessel, Democratic League of Kosovo deputy Andmendi Zemaj has been missing at Thursday's session, also invited as a witness. The chairman of the court, Becir Kaluldra, has stated that there is no evidence that these witnesses were regularly invited.
The two MPs who have attended have been the one from PDK ranks Bekim Haxhiu and from LDK ranks Naser Osmani.
At the previous session, which was held on December 1st, Kosovo Assembly Deputy Chairman Xhavit Haliti and PDK deputies Blerta Deliu-Codra, Flora Brovina, as well as former LDK President Nuredin Ibishi, the Justice Vocit reports.
VV deputies are accused of using weapons or dangerous means and obstructing the official person in carrying out official duties.
