The new decision to set tariffs by no. 394/2017, taken from December 15th, among other things, at point No. 29 of it, abolishs the 16,2016 decision on 16.2016 that forced citizens to pay fines for unregistered cars.
By aiming to establish security in communications and create conditions, Kosovo citizens can continue registration of all types of vehicles without paying fines (front in the decision abolished at points 6, 7 and 8)”, the MPB says in reporting to the media.
So, with this decision, during a certain deadline, according to the MPB, citizens will have the opportunity to continue recording vehicles for which to advance this decision had to pay large sums of taxes, after the 30-day deadline for continuing registration and not conducting deregisteration.
