On the date 29.12.2017, the request for the release of immediate protection order for citizen V was granted. M, age 36, after allegedly husband J. M, age 44, has been practicing psychological violence against her, their son A. I, 14 years old and his parents, F.M. and B.M. 76 and 70. Materials were passed to the Court of the District of Korca. Law No. 9669, age 18.12.2006, “for measures on violence in family relations”.
