He made these comments during his meeting with journalists and civil society representatives on the occasion of the holiday season.
Executive leader Ramush Haradinaj has considered the decision to raise salaries an indication that it is working for the country in a transparent manner, Ksp follows.
I've raised my own salary, I've raised my colleagues' salary. I'm telling you something, you've entrusted these two-million-euro managed people with no sense of political responsibility, even the financial responsibility of a prime minister after paying 1300 euros, or stealing, or he's insincerely deceiving his own people. I'm thinking about working, I'm thinking about serving my country, I'm willing to ask my government colleagues to really respect the responsibility that people have given us. Now those who think I've made a mistake that I've made quickly or where I know they're right is not a perfect decision, but according to my belief it's an indication that we want to work in this country in the most transparent way it belongs to”, Prime Minister Haradinaj said.
During the meeting with reporters Haradinaj said he wants to make Kosovo a country that acts and does work.
According to him, the government he leads will not bring itself into a position to hide its actions, but will be open to criticism.
“Desert is to change Kosovo -- that is, a Kosovo operating -- a Kosovo that does work -- will continue to be operational all the time, simultaneously transparent to citizens. The government that leads is not going to bring itself together when its actions are hidden, open to thought and criticism, we are open to views but we do not work secret“, he said.
Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, by means of a decision, has raised his salary, members of the government cabinet, advisers and several officials of the prime minister's office staff.
