Luxury property was sold in September 2015 by French society specialising in the luxury estate sector “Daniel Féau”, member of the “Christie” network.
At the time, no information was available to the new owner except that he was from the Middle East.

This property, built in 2011 in western Paris, was named “Château Louis XIV”, referring to the famous “Sundoret” who reigned in France in the 18th and XVIII sky.
With the desire to be a miniature copy of the fantastic castle of Versailles, nearby, the building joins the architecture of the XVII century with modern technologies, fountains that could be controlled by iPhones, a movie hall, a giant fish tank, and many others.

With a residential surface of 5,000 square meters, it promises Versailles holidays under the high-tech revolution”, says its provator's website, “Cogemad”, accompanying Atsh.
“York Times” states that the current owner is the new heir prince, Mohammed ben Salmane, who seeks to fight corruption by promoting austerity measures.
