But according to the CEC officials, the lists have been submitted to the Ministry of Finance, while the execution of payments on the part of this dictatorship is now expected.
On the other hand, the ministry's Information Official, Muharrem Sahini, said the obligations to 27.485 persons have been carried out and the money has been transferred to their accounts but that this is not the completed list. He said that on Thursday from the CEC two more lists of 1,007 persons already being processed for payment.
“In terms of payment issues from the CEC for the commissionors engaged in local elections, the Treasury/ Finance Ministry has so far executed a total of 27,485 payments according to the CEC lists, in a gradual process several days. ” said Sahin for Indexline.
As far as the commissioners' failure to pay for the October 22nd elections, Sahin said there have been several cases of data errors and, therefore, the means are back. He added that when the data is corrected, so will the payment of these commissioners.
“From the executed payments there have been cases which have been returned back the means due to data errors and have just been corrected or the first moment they are corrected will be re-proceded for payment again in an opital” added Sahini.
Sahin, on the other hand, dismissed the CEC as responsible for their accuracy, and once the Treasury is done he will execute the brokers' payments.
Otherwise, local elections in Kosovo have been held in two rounds, originally on October 22nd to repeat the run-off case on November 19th. And after the Supreme Court ruling, I am expected to go back to the municipality of Istog.
