Millaku during yesterday's hearing has indicated that Kadri Veselin and President Hashim Thaci have given the order to kill Commander “Drini”. During today's session, she addressed Wessel as having had an indictment in 2003 and that he has a Prosecution decision.
However, the indictment mentioned by Millaku refers to convict Sali Wessel, who was sentenced in March 2003 by the International Judicial Panel at the Prizren Court, for the murder of Ekrem Regja, known as Commander Drinit.
Wessel has reacted to Milaku's statements, saying there has been no invitation from the prosecution regarding the case.
Sali Wessel, former KLA KLA commander and KPC general, has been sentenced by the International Judicial Panel at the District Court in Prizren for the murder of Ekrem Rexha, with 15 years of freedom removed, while the other indictee, Abbit Haziray, former KLA member, was from charges of lack of evidence.
