Kosovar has lost the chance for gold medals in this race, but is hoping to snatch the bronze through repechage.
She was defeated by Russian Natalia Kuzutina in the category of up to 50 pounds [52 kg].
In repechange, Krasniqi will face Japanese Natsumi Tsunoda.
