It is Fadil Arifin, brother of Prime Minister Haradinaj's cabinet chief, Avni Arifin.
The news of Koha.net has confirmed Bajram Hasani, Minister of Trade and Industry.
Hasan for Koha.net has indicated Arifi has been named deputy minister on December 20th, which falls Wednesday.
At Fadhil Arifi's appointment, two deputy ministers are appointed in the MTI, the other being Faton Thaci.
We remember that the Haradinaj government continues to be criticised for the large number of deputy ministers, and that this is the largest number in Kosovo's history.
