That's how he deceived KLA citizens for signing against Special Court

The Association of Veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army has already submitted the petition to the Kosovo Assembly, which requires the abolition of the Special Court. But when they received the citizens' signatures, they deceived them, saying that they are only seeking fulfillment of law change.

More than 15 thousand signatures from Kosovo citizens were collected to change or complete the law for the Special Court. But, the OVL of KLA, after collecting these manipulated signatures, now requires complete abolition of this law.

The Express newspaper has contacted the head of this organization, Hysni Gucatin. He confirmed that the signatures were received for change or completion.

The demand that Gucati published requires no change or fulfillment of the Special Law, for which the signatures from citizens have been collected, but clearly writes that they want to abolish the law, complete.

However, in the petition signed by over 15 thousand citizens, he clearly writes that he was petitioning for the change or fulfillment of the law.

Asked by the Express how they changed the demand this organisation has already submitted to the Parliament, Gucati said they have not changed it, but according to what it says in petition and what has been submitted to the Assembly, it has to do with total change of demand.
